How we handle the information you share while browsing, shopping or contacting CraftBey.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address or mobile number, and a protected password record. When you order, we collect your recipient name, delivery phone number, address, selected delivery area, order items, amounts and order status. We also keep the information you choose to provide when contacting us.
Our website and hosting services may process technical information such as request times, browser details, network addresses and error records to deliver the website and investigate problems.
How we use your information
- Provide account access and show the orders placed through your account.
- Process and deliver orders, produce invoices, record payments and handle order issues.
- Respond to questions and contact you about your order when necessary.
- Protect accounts, prevent misuse and maintain reliable store operations.
Guest checkout is available. A new account is not automatically linked to earlier guest orders just because the contact details match.
Cookies and browser storage
The store uses essential cookies and browser storage to remember your shopping bag, keep you signed in, support checkout and provide private access to guest orders.

- Customer sign-in cookies can last up to 7 days, unless you sign out or access is revoked.
- Checkout and guest orders
- Checkout cookies can last up to 1 day. Private guest-order access cookies can last up to 90 days.
- Your shopping bag
- Bag contents stay in your browser until you remove them or clear browser data. Temporary checkout recovery details are kept in the browser tab’s session storage.
You can manage cookies and clear stored data in your browser. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or checkout from working. Clearing browser data can remove your bag and private guest-order access. Cookie expiry does not automatically delete the associated order records.
Retention and security
Account, order, invoice and support records are kept for operating the store, completing delivery, dealing with payment or return issues, and meeting applicable record-keeping requirements. Retention depends on the type of record, whether a transaction or enquiry is still open, and any accounting or dispute-related need to keep it. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
The website uses protected password storage and access controls for accounts and administrative tools. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices. Our team will not ask you to send your password.
Your choices and requests
You can update your name and change your password from My account. You can also contact us to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to close your account or delete information. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.
Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, unresolved orders, disputes or applicable requirements. We will explain if a request cannot be completed in full. Disabling account access does not by itself erase historical orders.
External websites and messaging
Links to WhatsApp, social media and maps take you to services operated by other organisations. Their own privacy notices apply when you use those services. Please share only the information needed to help with your enquiry, and never send passwords or card security details.
